"Innovation distinguishes between a leader and a follower." - Steve Jobs
Students collaborate on teams to solve challenging problems and explore new opportunities. By working on innovative, real-world ventures in the presence of mentors, students gain the confidence and skills to communicate and execute on their vision.
Community leaders, innovators, and entrepreneurs act as mentors during the program, coaching students, opening doors, and offering feedback on student projects. When possible, students share their ideas at community events, through podcasts, and on public radio.
